the arched rectangular backplate pierced with a crowned double headed eagle standing on two flower-branches, inscribed in Hebrew Zekh[er le-Nes] Chanukkah, fronted by two lions, each on a pedestal, flanking a rectangular oil container, fitted with eight compartments, eight lionhead-shaped wick-spouts and a hinged cover, all set on a rectangular stepped domed base, some damage to backplate with loss of text - 19.8 cm high
