A BRUSSELS FAIENCE PEWTER-MOUNTED BALUSTER JUG, painted in colours, the cloudy dark-blue ground reserved with an ovoid cartouche depicting a grenadeer seated astride a plump horse, with four further small stars containing florettes, the mounted cover with a flat platform inscribed PDDBL, connected with a fan thumbpiece to the handle (some repair), early 19th Century
