etchings with aquatint, circa 1800-6, a very rare group of eighteen plates, fine impressions, with wide margins, the West View of Calcutta with a tear at the lower sheet edge extending 10mm. into the subject, frayed and discoloured at the extreme sheet edges, otherwise generally in good condition, stitched at the left sheet edge, with the remains of the original wrappers
