The mushroom coloured marble top of serpentine shape, above a frieze centred by a mask, flanked to each side by scrolling foliage and stylised dragons, on scrolled legs headed by cherub masks above foliate swags, joined by scrolled 'X'-stretcher, the centre with a pair of cherubs,
the marble later, the gilding later decorated

The table, designed in the mid-18th Century Italian manner is centred by an Apollo-masked cartouche flanked by eagles, while the serpentined legs are surmounted by nymph masks with cupids perced on the stretchers
