The centres with elves perched on leafy branches, one painting the petals of an apple-blossom flower, the other holding a bowl and blowing a large bubble, each within a cartouche of gilt interlaced scrolls issuing grass and with three scallop-shells in copper lustre, the borders pierced with chains of interlaced strapwork moulded with pink and gilt flowerheads at the intersections, signed, green printed marks, gilt script marks, pattern numbers X1290
