the urn-shaped bodies painted in the manner of Boucher with pastoral scenes of lovers in landscapes, the reverses with flowers and fruit, within gilt palm-frond and flower cartouches, the grounds enriched with gilt diaper-pattern, the waisted necks and domed bases painted with garlands within borders of gilt flowers, mounted with pierced rims, foliate-scroll handles, waisted stems and shaped square bases (slight wear to gilding)
