maker's mark only, struck twice, perhaps by Petrus Augustinus Ivens Brussels, circa 1770

On three scroll feet, with beaded and scroll ovals, above centred with swags, the plain spiral-fluted body with short spout chased and engraved with foliage, part-ivory baluster handle to one side and with beaded upper rim, the domed cover with flower finial and scroll and leaf-capped thumb-piece - 33cm high (1500gr)
