A PALE CELADON JADE FLATTENED BALUSTER VASE AND COVER carved in high relief on the shoulders with two lingzhi and loose rings forming the handles, four similar smaller lingzhi and loose rings raised on top of the domed cover forming the finial, the sides of the vase carved in lower relief on each side with bats amongst bamboo branches issuing from rockwork and the neck carved on each side with a continuous cloud-scroll on one side supporting a full moon and on the other a crescent moon, between a narrow band of key-pattern on the foot, neck and cover rims, the well-polished stone of an even pale tone with a well-used paler area to one side (small polishes to cover),
