Kändler, in gilt-edged blue frockcoat, pink waistcoat and black breeches and shoes, writing a letter, the table applied with a watch, scissors and inkpot and sander, the shaped rectangular top supported by four moulded gilt scroll and foliage legs on a shaped rectangular base applied with coloured flowers (restoration to hairbow, his right hand, left side and back leg of table, some retouching to enamels), traces of blue crossed swords mark, circa 1740
