A vase hollandois decorated in the same technique is illustrated by Svend Eriksen, The James A. De Rothschild Collection at Waddesdon Manor, Sèvres Porcelain, pp. 152-3, no. 54. The pink ground was applied first and fired, then the blue ground was applied, left to dry and then part scraped away
