A MEISSEN IMARI-PATTERN LARGE CIRCULAR DISH, the centre painted with an Oriental flowering shrub with iron-red, yellow and purple flowers within a border of alternating underglaze-blue and white lappets edged in gilding painted with flowerheads and gilt with foliage, the shaped rim with gilt wave ornament, the underside with trailing prunus branches and grasses (very slight rubbing to gilding), blue crossed swords and dot mark, Dreher's to footrim, circa 1730
