A RARE SILVER-MOUNTED AND SHAGREEN BARBER'S SET

The large tapering shaped square shagreen case mounted to the rims with reeded silver bands, the body and hinged cover applied with shaped lock mount and hasp, the cover further applied with a vacant plaque, the interior fitted with twelve compartments containing six silver-mounted tortoise-shell bleeding knives, a similar knife, a silver-mounted glass flask, a pair of silver-mounted scissors, two silver-mounted blade sharpeners and a mirror - 17.7cm high
