Of cartouche-form, embossed and chased with scrolled foliage along the edge, the centre with applied Tablets of the Law within a laurel swag, surmounted by a shining sun inscribed in Hebrew and a beaded crown on top, all on an applied starred ground, set with garnets and citrines, hung with three bells and fine suspension chain with crown, (Hebrew inscription is missing from one medallion) - 30cm high excluding chain and bells (1170gr)
