Each square wooden fragment mounted to the centre with a plaque chased and engraved with allegorical scenes within a beaded border, the outer rim decorated with a band of nielloed scrolls and strapwork and applied with silver-gilt strapwork and scroll corner mounts, the inner rim applied with foliate ornaments, - each 15.5 x 15.5cm (2)
