The circular bronze dial by Cary, London, with angled solid gnomon, engraved with the points of the compass, the chapters and minute divisions, engraved with a crest and with LAT. 50°. 42' and inscribed CARY. LONDON, the pedestal of baluster form, with an octagonal top and inscribed to the sides Tyme wanes awaye As fflowres decaye and Amyddst ye fflowres I tell ye houres, on a circular foot and square base
