The cut-glass body of tapering cylindrical form, the silver neck-mount decorated with a beaded band to the lower rim with a gadrooned band above, the plain central section engraved with a later inscription in Cyrillic, the short spout moulded with an acanthus leaf, the partly domed cover with beaded band and a larger gadrooned band above surrounding an artichoke finial, the curved handle with reeded bands and terminating at the body with an acanthus leaf and above with a shell-shaped thumb-piece further enhanst with foliage, the gilt interior with glass ice-cylinder with silver-gilt mounted stopper - 33.5cm high
