A 25cm. diameter terrestrial globe made up of twelve chromolithographed gores and two polar calottes, the equatorial and prime meridian graduated in degrees, the ecliptic graduated but unlabelled, the oceans showing ocean currents, the continents with nation states variously coloured in outline, Madagascar shown as French, Panama shown as Columbian, showing rivers, mountains, towns and cities (surface abrasions, discolourations and wrinkles) with stamped brass meridian half circle on an elegant baluster turned fruitwood column and plinth base with hole for inset compass (compass missing) -- 48cm. high

If the hammer price of a lot exceeds €90,000 then the hammer price of a lot is calculated at 20.825% of the first €90,000 plus 11.9% of any amount in excess of €90,000.
