A 33cm. diameter terrestrial table globe made up of twelve chromolithographed gores and two polar calottes, the equatorial and prime meridian graduated in degrees, the ecliptic unshown, the oceans showing submarine cable lines, principal shipping routes and principal sailing routes, the continents with nation states variously coloured and showing rivers, towns, cities and railway lines (surface abrasions and discolouration, paper loss around poles) with stamped brass meridian half circle raised on a turned fruitwood column and plinth base on three bun feet -- 64 cm. high
