En suite with the preceding lots, each with cartouche-shaped padded back upholstered à chassis with associated Beauvais tapestry, woven in wools and silks with a paraqueet and a white-breasted finch across a left to right diagonal, within a scrolling foliate border of peonies, roses, carnations and honeysuckle, re-gessoed and re-gilt in the 19th Century, one with handwritten paper labels No. 4288 and No. 5 and further inscribed in pencil No. 5, with scratch marks II, the other with two handwritten paper labels inscribed 6 with further pencil inscription to the seat-rail No. 6 and stamped three times IG, with scratch marks IIIII, restorations and minor areas of re-weaving to the tapestry (2)
