Realistically shaped as a fur headgear, the hinged cover revealing an inkwell with the inscription PRESENTED BY THE CZAREVITCH TO W.A. HART in acknowledgement of his politness and attention on the occasion of his IMPERIAL HIGHNESS'S VISIT TO WINDSOR, 1894.
