Printed in red and black, with musical notation throughout, woodcut titlepage border [McKerrow & Ferguson 38], criblé woodcut initials, woodcut of the Crucifixion on k6. (Corner torn off m8 and q3, with loss of letters, also blank corner in inner margin of x8). Early 19th-century blue straight-grained morocco. Provenance: Porkington Library (early 19th-century booklabel). STC 16153
