FIRST EDITION. Soupis del J.A.Komneskeho (1959) 538. Zibrt V, 19848. After 1613 the Kralitz Bible of the United Brethren was not reprinted in Bohemia. Comenius received in 1658 nearly ¨6000 from English sympathisers for the purchase of Czech Bibles. Some of the money was used for preparing a 'Biblical Manual', a volume of Bible selections, which Comenius himself prepared and of which 3000 copies were printed.
