Small 8° (132 x 83mm). Collation: Π6 A-C8 ()8 )(4 C8 (-CI-3) D-2K8 [lacks M4-5, 2E3 and all 2K including colophon [Imprynted at London by N. Hyll] except 2K3). Black letter thoughout with many decorative initials. Letterpress title, all but the first word and imprint black letter, within a woodcut border (McKerrow and Ferguson 71), woodcut frontispiece of Edward VI with letterpress legend, and 21 woodcuts, plus one repeat, in text. Cut on f.201 signed "Hans Holben" [sic]. (Defects.) 18th century calf with red morocco lettering-piece. Provenance: John Paget. Newberry 1791; Marsom.
