Rosenberg, Paris, with margins, a deckle edge at the top, one or two fine surface scratches, four pinholes at the upper left and right, pale discolouration at the sheet edges

Lot Essay

In 1918 Paul Rosenberg became Picasso's dealer, representing the artist until 1940. In the early 1920's Rosenberg published these pochoirs, which were made after a series of cubist gouaches depicting Commedia del Arte motifs painted by Picasso in 1920.
