A George III mahogany longcase clock, the broken gilt metal mounted pediment surmounted by a displayed eagle, the arched glazed door enclosing a painted dial with subsidiary seconds and date dials, inscribed Arch Mackie, Banff, the case fitted with an arched rectangular moulded trunk door flanked by spirally turned canted demi-column angles, the panelled base on a moulded plinth, 84 1/2ins high (214cms)
