(2.8cm.) high, all circa 1850-1750 B.C.; and a Syrian haematite cylinder seal, showing a seated deity being approached by the storm god, Hadad, wearing a long curl down his back and a pointed headdress, brandishing a mace and flail, another deity behind, a dimutive sphinx and ankh-sign in the field, 18th-17th Century B.C., ¾in.
