Second half 18th Century, probably Rotterdam
Depicting a harbour scene with merchants amidst barrels and sloops on the shore, further with a walled village on a promontory, a lanteen rigged galleon with flying pennants mirroring at bay, further with a church-like architectural structure flanked by boulders, with faraway mountains to the background, within twisted rope border, within a wooden frame (some cracks)
