Each with foliate berried finial above a pierced circular cover with two tiers of leaves, the urn-shaped body with flowerhead-filled entrelac collar, flanked by loop-handles joined by laurel-swags, on a fluted spreading socle and concave-sided canted square upper plinth edged with flowerhead-filled entrelac, the main plinth with egg-and-dart cornice above laurel-swags suspended from fluted paterae, on a further stepped plinth

Another pair of exactly this model is in the collection of the Earl of Bradford at Weston Park, Shropshire (ibid., pl. 134)
A larger pair of perfume burners of exactly this model were sold anonymously, in these Rooms, 10 April 1986, lot 3. They were 10in. (25.5cm.) high.
