An ormolu-mounted and ebonised striking portico mantel clock
Mid 19th Century
Applied overall with pierced foliate and floral mounts, the case with stepped top supported by two pilasters, with conforming base, on block feet, with acanthus cast bezel to the chapter ring with Roman chapters and indistinctly signed Renser à Utrecht, the twin barrel movement with suspension spring and floral pendulum and outside countwheel strike on bell
