In the George III style, the case with a handle to the stepped top and with vase-shaped finials to the angles, with pierced sound frets to the front, sides and reverse, on later pierced bracket feet, the dial with silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring signed J:M:Juntes/Amsterdam, the matted and engraved centre with silvered and engraved fan-shaped day aperture, the silvered arch with rolling moonphase and engraved with various figures, the five pillar movement with verge escapement and strike on two bells, movement and case adapted
