The moulded rectangular cornice above a frieze carved with a central flower-head and flanked by interlaced strapwork banding and raised panels carved with flower-heads, enclosing a plain interior with four shelves and a hinged door enclosing a plain interior, flanked and divided by turned fluted pilasters, with panelled sides, above two base drawers and a moulded plinth, on bun feet, restorations
