Inlaid overall with featherbanded lines, the rectangular top above a hinged slope centred by various flowers, with a gilt-tooled red leather-lined writing-surface to the reverse, enclosing a plain interior with two open compartments, four drawers and a well, with shaped sides, above two short drawers simulating three drawers, above a long drawer, on cabriole legs, restorations
