decorated in various coloured enamels on a beige ground with pigeons in flight and amongst flower sprays -- 12in. (30.5cm.) high; a pair of tapering cloisonne vases decorated in various coloured enamels within silver wire on an aubergine ground with song birds amid trailing wisteria -- 9¾in. (24.6cm.) high; and a pair of larger tapering cloisonne vases decorated in various coloured enamels within silver wire with trailing wisteria -- 12 1/8in. (30.8cm.) high, impressed mark of Ota Hyozo to base, (some with damages).
