A sampler worked in green and red wool, with alphabets and decorative borders, and Stuart and Kerr, with the initials "WK", with flame stitch and other patterns, and an unusual row of samples of buttonhole stitch, 9 x 7in. (23 x 18cm), early 17th Century but possibly made up later (slightly worn)
