A presentation shaped square salver on curved bracket feet with gadrooned border, engraved with a coronet and monogram, apparently unmarked, weight 50oz., the underside inscribed 'This waiter the gift of Charles II to Thos. Killigrew was afterwards bequeathed to Ann Cowell by her dearest friend Frances Maria Killigrew, she being the last of that ancient family, 20th July 1819', 14½in. (36.8cm) wide.
