A Milanese ivory inlaid ebony cabinet, in the Renaissance style, the moulded and dentilled pediment centred by an arched and foliate carved and engraved ivory inlaid panel above a moulded and dentilled cornice supported by four ivory pilasters inlaid in ebony with trailing vines and panels of youths attending goats, the similarly inlaid frieze fitted with an arched panelled cupboard door engraved with an ivory inlaid panel of Diana, above a drawer, and flanked on either side by three similarly inlaid drawers divided by a panelled cupboard door inlaid and engraved with figures of .......... and........., the base with a cupboard door inlaid with a panel of Diana resting on a cloud and being attended by winged putti and flanked on either side by a cupboard door inlaid with panels of goats, below a short drawer and framed by further centre partie panels, the sides similarly inlaid, on a moulded stepped plinth base, minor restorations, 19th Century, 62½ins (159cms) wide; 22½ins (57cms) deep, 93ins (236cms) high
