Andrew Thomas Blayney, 11th Baron Blayney, (1770-1834), was the second son of Cadwallader, 9th Baron Blayney (1720-1775). On the 9th Baron's death the title passed to the eldest son, Cadwallader, who died in 1784, when the title passed to his brother, Andrew, the second son. He entered the army in 1789 and had a distinguished career, being made a Lieutenant General in 1814. He married Mabelle (1775-1854), daughter of James, 1st Earl of Caledon. Their son Cadwallader Davis Blayney, succeeded to the title and the family estate of Castle Blayney, however he died unmarried in 1874 when the Barony became extinct and the estate of Castle Blayney was sold to Henry Thomas Hope of Deepdene, Co. Surrey
