Shaped-square and with incurved angle, on four bracket feet and with moulded reeded rim, eangraved with a band of rosettes and diaperworl, the centre with a lozenge-of-arms within a baroque, flower, cherub, scroll and scalework cartouche, the reverse with later presentation inscription, marked on reverse - 12¼in,.
