CYLINDER ESCAPEMENT, signed on the top plate MOULINIÉ beneath an applied silver plate inscribed ECHAPT A CYLINDER, undersprung uncut brass balance rim with three steel arms, flat blued steel balance spring, polished steel cylinder with steel pivots in brass plugs, twelve tooth brass cylinder escape wheel engraved in the top plate concentric with the cylinder is engraved a 'degrees scale' divided 20-0-20 used for illustrating the locking and unlocking amplitude of the balance, a small datum pin being set in the balance rim, the movement is not numbered
