An Austro-Hungarian silver-gilt and ivory tankard of tapering cylindrical form, on domed oval base chased with a band of fruit on a matted ground, domed cover with similar decoration, the body and handle carved with various Bacchanalian figures, base struck with three illegible marks and assay grove, 9¾in. (23.8cm) high.
