A George III plain tapering cylindrical tankard, on spreading base with moulded girdle, domed cover with acanthus and corkscrew thumbpiece and scroll handle with heart-shaped terminal, maker's mark probably that of John Dutton, 1772, 7¾in. (19.7cm) high, (24oz).
