A French white marble and gilt-brass mounted clock garniture, the clock movement striking on a single bell contained within a drum-shaped case, the dial painted with garlands of flowers and indistinctly signed, enclosed by six turned pillars, the circular moulded cornice with central turned plinth surmounted by a pineapple finial, flanked by two winged cherubs, a flaming torch and a quiver of arrows enclosed by a laurel wreath, the circular base on six turned bun supports, 19th Century, 15in.
