The central crescent-shaped openwork panel set with rubies, emeralds and diamonds depicting a rosette flanked by two peacocks, suspending a gem-set fringe to the barrel-shaped links and multi-strand seed pearl terminals and seed pearl tassel (necklace probably restrung)
