The rectangular top with bowed breakfront and low gallery to the back, above a moulded edge and a simulated panelled frieze flanked by panelled paterae, above a beaded edge and on turned reeded tapering legs

Lot Essay

This dining-room pier-table, with reeded turned legs and flowered tablet flanked by an elliptic-centred frieze tablet, is designed in Gillows' Grecian manner en suite with the sideboard (lot 172) and dining table (lot 178)
