A FLINTLOCK CARBINE with browned barrel, signed foliate engraved bolted lock with roller (cock and safety-catch replaced), figured walnut three-quarter stock, foliate engraved iron mounts (minor pitting) including scrolled trigger-guard with pineapple finial, and original iron ramrod, signed Richards, Birmingham proof marks, early 19th Century; and a Belgian 80-bore percussion gun for a child, with etched twist sighted barrel, octagonal breech with traces of gilt signature (illegible) and two gilt lines, foliate engraved tang and back-action lock, fruitwood half-stock with cheek-piece carved beneath with a stag's head with glass eyes, engraved brass mounts, patch-box behind the cheek-piece with hinged gilt-copper lid decorated with a badge involving the Northern Star, and later ramrod, Liège proof, late 19th Century
