The rectangular moulded cornice above an arcaded frieze and a pair of gothic-glazed doors enclosing four adjustable shelves flanked by conforming side doors, each enclosing four adjustable shelves, above a central secretaire drawer with hinged flap enclosing a fitted interior of pigeon-holes and mahogany-lined drawers, flanked by a deep drawer, above a pair of central panelled doors, enclosing four slides and flanked by a panelled door enclosing an adjustable shelf, on a moulded plinth base, the handles replaced, the reverse with chalk inscription 'Riddell'
