A DUTCH PARCEL-GILT, GREEN-PAINTED AND MAHOGANY 'TEESTOOF' (TEA STOVE)
Early 19th Century
The circular slatted body with brass handle and removable liner, on a canted concave-sided triangular base with three addorsed dolphins, on later paw feet, the underside with plastic Norman Adams label and with paper label inscribed 'Northcot(e)'
21 in. (53.5 cm.) high; 15½ in. (39.5 cm.) diam.
