The animal with turned head and rippling pearl body simulating the fleece, the goldwork similarly engraved, lying on a narrow engraved foliate base with twin suspension links to the coloured enamel cartouche-shaped link, a pendant pearl between, circa 1600, 8.0cm. overall height
