With slightly recurved double-edged blade of watered steel, the mottled grey hilt in the form of a horse's head with well-detailed features, the mane falling one side, the bridle with flat-cut rubies set in gold, the eyes also of ruby, a collar around its neck, hidden under the mane, with pendant emerald, the grip inlaid with gold assymmetrical flowering plants with feathery tendrils, the scrolling lower terminal similarly inlaid and with ruby inset flowerheads, the velvet covered wooden sheath with plain silver mounts, ears chipped, fitted velvet covered wooden case
