In the Adam revival style, second half 19th Century

Surmounted by an urn with foliate scrolls, the plate within a beaded and moulded border, with outer mirrored border decorated with ribbon-tied laurel and with four rosettes, the outer edge with stiff-leaf border ribbon and bobbin moulding, with foliate scrolled apron, on a green velvet-lined shaped frame
